From where do you deliver?
Our warehouse is based in Milan (MI), Italy.

To which nations do you ship?
We ship all over the European Union: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Croatia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Czech Republic, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Hungary.
If your nation is not in this list, we are sorry, but you cannot make your order, unless you don't have an European valid address, where we can make the consignment.

Which courier do You use?
The active couriers for shipping are for the Italian and international deliveries is DHL. 

How much does the shipping cost?
Nothing, if you complete your purchase as logged customer. For guest user shipping costs are applied depending on destination. 

How long does it take to receive the order at my home?
Once sent, the order will be delivered in 24/48 hours.

How can I control my delivery-status?
The tracking number of the shipping is sent with the shipping confirmation via e-mail.
In case you loose the code, no problem: you can contact the Customer Service and it will be sent again.

How is the standard package that will arrive to me?
The standard package is composed of a white cardboard box with the parosh.com logo that contains the purchased item, wrapped in a tissue paper P.A.R.O.S.H customized.
Inside the package there are also the instructions for returns and the invoice concerning your purchase.

Can I return my order?

Sure! You'll be able to return all items of your order without motivation within 14 days from your order delivery. You should apply on RMA Procedure (Return Merchandise Authorization) on site. If you placed the order as logged in user you can manage it in your Personal Area. Shipping Costs for return are on customer's exclusive charge. Recently we activate a Return Service for a fee, but your responsability on delivery will end once your package will be picked-up by the courier. Which is my size?
The size depends on the dress wearability, indicated in the description inside the item's page. For a most careful definition we send you back to the size guide clicking here. Follow the advices to take correctly your size and to be certain to purchase the one that fits you.

Which payment's methods can I use?
We accept the following methods of payment: Bank transfer, Credit Cards (VISA, Mastercard) and Paypal.

When is the order's amount due charged?
As we receive the order, we make a pre-authorization control on the credit card to make sure there are sufficient funds to finish the transaction. The goods will not be sent before this pre -authorization check is completed. We will charge the payment on the card after confirmation that the order was accepted.

Why wasn't my payment accepted?
As we receive the order, we make a standard pre-authorization control on the credit card. It can happen that the payment is not accepted for many reasons, for ex. the available credit card balance or the correctness of the data introduced for the order, like card's expiry date or number. If the problem persists, contact our Customer Service at the e-mail address ecustomerservice@parosh.it

Is the transaction is safe?
